〈The Standard, Aug 8, 2026〉 Wheelock Properties' Kwu Tung project Park Silicon has unveiled the first batch of 65 units, which are priced from HK$5.05 million after discounts.

The batch in the phase 2 of the development, Palo Springs, which has an average price of HK$17,671 per square foot, comprises 23 one-bedroom units and 42 two-bedroom units. They are sized from 311 to 480 sq ft.

〈Asian Post, Aug 5, 2026〉Hong Kong’s prime street shop tents are forecast to increase by 5% to 10% this year, even as mid-tier and neighbourhood malls continue to record negative rental reversions, according to a Knight Frank report.

The report said recent leasing transactions indicated improving demand in selected prime locations.

For instance, Hurlingham Polo leased a 1,200-square-foot ground-floor shop in Central for about $150,000 per month, 36% higher than the previous rent of $110,000.
