〈The Standard, Apr 4, 2026〉Henderson Land Development (0012) said its One Victoria Cove project in Hung Hom is expected to unveil the first price list early next week, with sales to begin at the end of April.

Mark Hahn Ka-fai, the general manager of sales (2) department of Henderson Land, said that the project has received a lot of inquiries so far, and the show flats are estimated to open to the public soon.

〈Hong Kong Business, Apr 11, 2026〉Hong Kong commercial property shows a segmented recovery, with Grade A offices and selected retail assets stabilising, whilst broader market rents continue to decline, according to a report by S&P Global Ratings.

The report says the recovery is concentrated in specific segments rather than spread across the sector.

Premium office space in prime locations is seeing stabilisation, supported by a resurgent financial industry, whilst retail assets linked to luxury spending are also improving, driven by an influx of shoppers from mainland China.

〈The Standard, Apr 10, 2026〉The Lands Department said on Friday that a site in Tung Chung will be disposed of by public tender, with the tender starting next Friday and closing on May 15.

The site, Tung Chung Town Lot No. 54 at Area 106A, measures 14,152 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes.

〈Asian Post, Apr 9, 2026〉Hong Kong listed Link Real Estate Investment Trust (Link REIT) has entered into an agreement with Jack Investment Pte Ltd and Pangjwee Development Pte Ltd for the sale of its property interests in Swing By @ Thomson Plaza, a retail property located in Singapore, for $1.53b (S$250m).

The sale of the property is said to be part of Link REIT’s ongoing portfolio optimisation strategy which aims to recycle assets, where appropriate. The purchase price of the property was $1.06b (S$172.5m).

〈RTHK News, Apr 8, 2026〉Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs Alice Mak said on Saturday a government proposal to make briefings for homeowners mandatory before they attend incorporated owners' meetings on major renovation projects for their estates or buildings should boost attendance and enable them to make informed decisions.

The proposal is part of a larger effort to tighten up laws regulating property management in the city.

Mak said after a Commercial Radio programme that the changes would also enhance transparency.
